Two very keen inquiries, one right on the heels of the other: a nice young man and his dog, and a young family. If only we had a duplex to offer!! But of course we had to honor the first applicant and we did and we're very glad of it. Through emails and phone calls, we quickly established a good relationship and are looking forward to meeting him - and Molly, the dog, of course! Thanks for you wonderful service!
