A family illness meant that I had to quickly make arrangements to leave the country. SabbaticalHomes.com made posting our 3 bedroom family home easy. Within the first 24 hours I already had a few people interested. It was important to me that the tenants be a good "fit" in terms of the house and neighbourhood. I was lucky - I found a really nice family from Barcelona to live here while we are away. The mother is a doctor, and has been invited to work and conduct research at one of Toronto's finest hospitals for the year. The kids will be going our local school, and the whole family is looking forward to their Canadian adventure. I feel very fortunate- we have really connected and it is a relief to know that our house will be in their care while we are away.
