Easily walkable to Providence College, Rhode Island College, with Brown/RISD about two miles away. Served by 56 bus (to Kennedy Plaza), and 92 (to Federal Hill and East Side). Thirty-five minutes walk to Amtrak/MBTA Station. Well maintained house, comfortable, quiet. Rent $2,250 (Verizon Fios included). You will be responsible for other utilities (I can let you know 2023 costs), also snow shoveling and (small) lawn mowing according to season. 3 month rental.
