Hidden-Gem for dog-lovers! Gorgeous house, large garden, central Panajachel

An architectural gem of a house in a secluded place, but still smack in the centre of Panajachel We are looking for honest, reliable, and quiet people. If you like parties though, this place is not for you! * The house is fully furnished and fully equipped with fiber optic internet, washer/dryer, clean water to drink, solar water heater, kitchen in a separate building next to the main house. * The beautiful tropical garden is maintained by a gardener. * Fireplace * Two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. * Enormous kitchen, fully equipped * In a very secure and central location in Panajachel. * Fine wood and carpentry throughout the house * 3 wonderful dogs on the property. * Gazebo for relaxing or eating * Possibility to use guest house by arrangement * Possibility to use hot tub fed by volcanic spring by arrangement * The pictures speak for themselves! The guest house is a separate building on the other side of the garden, secluded from the main house. You would be allowed to use it for guests and as a hobby room (there is currently a table tennis set-up). The garden has many fruit trees including banana, passion fruit, raspberries, etc. There is a large swing and some ancient trees as well . It's a real oasis! Videos and pictures of the garden can guest house can be sent separately upon request. Some info about the dogs: We fell in love with them while living in Panajachel and don't have the heart to put them on the street. Getting dogs adopted is near impossible since, sadly, there is an overpopulation of street dogs. Therefore, these wonderful dogs come with the house, so-to-say. "Lady" is the mom and "Zen" and "Tyrion" are her two sons. I didn't have enough space to post pictures of the dogs, but can send pictures individually. They are extremely loving and adorable. They are also great guard dogs. The property is very well protected with high walls and even higher bougainvilleas, but it doesn't hurt to have three large dogs guarding the property as well :) The dogs are not allowed in the house and sleep in crates which is between the main house and the kitchen (a separate building next to main house). *** Leaving the dogs alone while traveling is no problem at all since we can ask the gardener to sleep in the guest house while you're gone!! *** We are willing to go down to $550/month in exchange for walking the dogs a couple of times a week. Because they have a very large garden they don't need to be walked everyday. It can be arranged to talk with current or past tenants about how it works with the dogs. There is an expat-oriented health clinic with OP abilities a two minute walk away. There is another hospital next door. There is a major grocery store "La Torre" also a 2 minute walk away. The open air food market is about a 10-15 minute walk away. The main shopping street, Calle Santander, is right out the door.
