Downtown Santa Barbara

5-6 blocks to supermarkets, bus terminal, bus lines. Between downtown and Milpas Street shopping areas. 8 blocks from the beach. This was my mother's happy home. She used one side as an art studio and the other side as living space. I am having the skylight replaced; delivery has been delayed for weeks, and it is not shown in the pictures. But now the ETA is July 10. It will make the living room fantastic. The front porch faces southeast and is shady and cool in the afternoon. Figs and lemons grow in the yard. The house is situated above the street, invisible behind thick ivy and trees. It is accessible via a walkway. Neighbors are friendly and quiet.
