My peaceful and spacious 3-floor maisonette is tucked away in a quiet courtyard in central Paris! With all modern features throughout, entirely renovated by an architect with skylights that open by remote control. Two bedrooms, each on its own floor (note: the 1st floor in France = 2nd floor, in US terms!) - Queen bed (160cm wide) on the 1st floor with private bath (bathtub with hand-held shower, I added a wall mount and shower curtain so it can also work as a stand-up shower) - Queen bed (160cm wide) on the 2nd (top) floor with private shower - Both bedrooms include skylights, built-in closets and shelving, and Dyson Pure+Cool air purifiers 1 toilet on the 1st floor (the bath/shower don't have toilets in them) Ground floor: living room and kitchen with dishwasher and cozy modern furnishings Minimum 1 week stay preferred. My place will be professionally cleaned for your arrival (included in the price of your stay). Radiant floor heating with thermostats on each floor. Cool and comfortable in the summer, but like most Parisian homes there’s no AC. There are Dyson Pure+Cool in every room. Recently refurbished by an interior designer Surrounded by charming streets, quaint cafes, and world-renowned restaurants. The famous Jardin du Luxembourg is just a short stroll away. The apartment is carefully prepared for your arrival, equipped with towels, toilet paper, essential kitchen accessories, a hairdryer, and an iron. Parties are strictly prohibited, and only individuals mentioned in the reservation are allowed to access the apartment. Please be respectful to our neighbors by avoiding loud noise or music after 10 PM Kindly inform me of your check-in and check-out times at least 4-5 days in advance.
