I am a lawyer working in private practice moving overseas for 1-2 years for work. I am looking to rent out our furnished 2 bed apartment in Malvern East, Melbourne. We are 10-15 mins walk to Monash Caulfield campus and Caulfield train station and located close to central park Malvern along with various local cafes and restaurants. The apartment is on the first floor and has large light filled windows, facing north and overlooking the street. We are one of the only apartment blocks in the area which is very suburban and quiet. Malvern primary school is a few minutes walk away and grocery shops a few minutes drive
