Two-month Summer Sublet

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A 2-MONTH SUMMER SUBLET, FULLY FURNISHED - The house is available from JUNE 11 through AUG 13. This is our primary home and includes all the amenities you could want. If you are interested in SUBLETTING, please drop us a note telling us a bit about yourself. Random inquiries will be ignored. Officially a 1910 Craftsman, it has been modernized throughout. It has an open floor plan with lots of light, a wonderful backyard deck and space in the front yard as well for having your morning coffee or soaking up the sun. The kitchen itself is modern and exceptionally well stocked, with filtered water, vegetable and citrus juicers, blender, rice cooker, Japanese knives, portable Bose stereo, and the list goes on. The master bedroom features a California King bed that is extremely comfy, while the second bedroom is set up as a home office and includes a foldout standard sized sofa bed. There are bar stools with back supports for lounging at the kitchen bar, a nice sofa in the living room for reading, sleeping and watching television, and laundry. We subscribe to YouTube TV and are happy to share our subscription. If you're unfamiliar with Temescal, you'll love how well it's situated. Our house is a short walk to MacArthur Bar, and the restaurants and shops on Telegraph and Piedmont, the Whole Foods on 51st Street, and lots more. Well-behaved pets are welcome with an additional deposit.
