Description
We are two PhD students looking for someone to stay in our spacious house in scenic Powelton Village, June 15-August 15, 2024 (slight flexibility on dates) while we research abroad for the summer. The place is set up as 3 double bedrooms plus a study with a single bed. There is a half-bath on the ground floor and two full baths on the next two floors. It's a great place to be for the summer; there's a little garden out back and you're right by an ice cream shop. Well connected for MFL (34th/Market), trolley (10 takes you to Center City), plus Amtrak, airport, 76 and 95. Ideally suited to a couple or roommates interning over the summer. Please introduce yourself if interested and we can arrange a video or in-person tour.
