2 Story home on beautiful tree-lined street. Light filled and spacious. 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Deck and Backyard space. We are looking for a family who can keep our home clean, and is respectful to our neighbors. We live in a very urban neighborhood of Oakland, so there is a lot of foot traffic on our street, but it is welcoming and lively. We have a driveway with stacked parking. We are in an excellent location near everything- BART, restaurants, bars, freeway, parks, hospital, etc. We are in the process of moving and will be using the ADU in the back when we are in town for work visits. It has a separate side entrance. The photos are from staging a few years ago, but the house looks the same.
