This is an older home in a rural area - I'm looking for someone to sublet while I'm away for the summer. Suitable for summer sabbatical or retreat, or while waiting for permanent housing in the fall. I'm situated on 9 wooded acres. I have a wonderful quiet tenant in the basement suite. The property is on a main road for convenience, and close to most amenities by car. It is a southern exposure with a wonderful view of Cobble Hill.
