Laundry services (washer and dryer) are located within the unit. A personal private patio area is available outside the back door, which borders a sizeable green field with grass and trees. Price: $1,987/month. Sub-letter is responsible for gas, electricity and internet bills. Smith College takes care of water/sewer, garbage/recycling and snow removal from paths.
