Quiet and cozy house close to UC Berkeley

Quiet and cozy three bedroom, two bath home in Kensington, just over the Berkeley border. The house is four miles to campus and downtown Berkeley. The house is just a 10 minute walk to the small Village of Kensington, which has a small grocery store, wine shop, cafe, two restaurants, gas station, and hardware store. We do have two cars and we can negotiate car use with the rental. For those who prefer not to drive, there are two bus lines- one which runs right in front of the house to downtown Berkeley/campus- and another that runs through the Village to downtown Berkeley. The closest BART (metro that goes to San Francisco, Oakland, airports, and beyond) station is a 10 minute drive away. The house is also just a five minute walk to Tilden Park's many hiking trails and Lake Anza. The large bedroom in the back has two twin beds and looks out onto the backyard and deck. The middle bedroom has a full size bed. The front bedroom has a queen bed. The house is fully furnished and has all standard appliances. There is really no need for AC- it stays cools here year round. If it gets chilly at night, we have central heating.
