My husband and I bought this condo 2 years ago for his parents to temporarily live in Boulder. They are moving out and we are looking to rent to great tenants. The photos are from when we bought the place. I am happy to send you current photos. There is a queen bed in the primary and a full size bed in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, microwave, toaster oven, etc. Sheets and towels provided as well. There is a single car detached garage. Storage of the balcony. We have updated almost all the appliances in the past year. The unit is on the second floor, up half a flight of stairs and faces green space. Lots of light. There is a community pool and hot tub.
