The Space: The studio is located on the 3rd floor of the building, with beautiful free view, morning sun, and no street noise. Furnished, full amenities included (WiFi, TV, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, all kitchen equipment, etc.). The Building: There is free swimming pool, heated spa deck, gym, study room with free printer, club room, on-site maintenance, bike parking room, etc. The Area: Very urban location in the middle of town, everything in walking distance. The house is right in front of downtown with lots of restaurants, cafés, clubs and bars. UMich Central Campus (Diag, Hatcher Library, Museums, Law School) is 10 minutes walk.
