The cosy living and dining room features a large vintage dining table and chairs, as well as several sofas. A television with satellite receiver (and HDMI input) is also available. Two desks in different rooms allow two people to work simultaneously from home. In spring and summer, the sunny south-facing terrace is a great place to relax. Walking trails begin just 200 metres from the house, and extended woodlands are only a 15-minute walk away. The Lichtwiesencampus of the TU Darmstadt is within walking distance (~15 minutes); the tram stop Jahnstr for lines 2 and 9 (Jahnstr.) is also just a few minutes away. The apartment is best suited for a single person or a couple, but there is an additional sofa bed for two people in the living/dining room, for example, for guests. Two vintage bicycles can be used by tenants free of charge; use of an outdoor swimming pool available on the property is also possible. A covered spot for your own bicycle is also available. Street parking is possible free of charge, usually right in front of the house (if required, a garage space can also be rented for an additional € 50/month).
