We are renting our home semi-furnished. It is a lovely place in a quiet neighbourhood yet steps away from University of Montreal and HEC and the vibrant Cote-des-Neiges street! About a 10 min walk from Sainte-Justine Hospital, the Jewish General hospital and St-Marys. Via public transportation it is a 20 min door to door to the MUHC (Royal Victoria and the Children Hospital), 15 min to the Montreal General hospital and 35 min to the CHUM. We have a big backyard with a lot of intimacy that will almost make you feel that you are in a cottage rather than in the center of Montreal. The house can be rent not furnished or semi-furnished, providing you with essential furnitures. There is one full bathroom and one half bathroom. We love pets. Perfect place for a family or a couple.
