This is a spacious and light-filled apartment in a renovated 1890s building that spans a large grassy field. The complex is gated, and very safe. Everyone who comes into the apartment falls in love with its light and space. Perfect for a couple or single person, with or without pets. Located near both the hilltop campus of Washington University (ten minute drive or less); and near the Medical campus of Washington University as well. Two bedrooms, one of which can be used as a study; and two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, although counter space is limited. This is my apartment; I will be on leave during the Fall; the apartment is available as early as June 2024. The management is very responsive. There is a shaded pool area for outdoor relaxation and bathing; and a workout room. Rent is very reasonable for the space and amenities.

Comments: My dates are flexible. I would like to rent summer through Fall semester, but I'm willing to consider Fall only. Perfect for visiting faculty or grads or medical students. The address is convenient to the Medical School campus
