We are leaving for a research stay abroad and subletting our beautiful condo in the Cleveland Park / Van Ness area; steps from grocery stores, cafes and parks such as Rock Creek park. We have a two-bedroom + den apartment, but we will use one room as storage. So we are renting a large, sun filled, one bedroom + den and one bathroom apartment available for rent from September 01 to December 22. Fully furnished and kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. $2600 a month internet and water are included and electricity is not included. Great for singles and couples!
