Two rooms have been set up as bedrooms and two are home offices. It has a sunny living room, separate formal dining room, cozy kitchen, a private balcony, dedicated washer/dryer, and a shared yard. The apartment comes with a parking space. It is ideally located, around the corner from Spy Pond (and beautiful biking/running trail), which is visible from the deck. It is within walking distance to Whole Foods, coffee shops, restaurants, and a gym. One month's security deposit requested plus electricity and gas. Sorry no pets. The dates of the sublet are negotiable.
