Description
The spacious suite with love seat and coffee table has its own little refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, toaster oven/air fryer, K-cup coffee maker and water dispenser for hot/cold and room-temperature filtered water. Enjoy the remote-adjustable frame on your queen bed to change postures while working in a recline. The sitting desk has a rolling chair and the possibility of adding a wood attachment to stand at the computer (if you can puzzle it together!). The bathroom is just inside the locking bedroom door. Bathrobe, bath linens and basic toiletries provided. Laundry is just down the hall; soap sheets provided. We, the owners, are a middle-aged couple with two medium-sized dogs who will want to know who you are as you come and go. The barking means "pet me," but that is not at all required! Interaction with us can be as little or as much as you like. We enjoy welcoming people to Chicago and showing them some fun, but we have this listing available to solitary scholars on the understanding that you're here to work! Comments: The self-contained master suite has a toaster oven/air fryer, but guests are asked to default to microwave when possible. A water dispenser with hot/room temp/cold settings and refrigerator/freezer means independence from our home except for laundry.

Comments: Contemporary convenience inside an antique building; condo is owned by a retired professional couple and their two medium-sized mutts. You will be checked in personally. Walk through the home and down a hall to your own private lair.
