Looking for a non-smoking, working family with children that will treat the place as their own. Our family occupies lower unit and wants a tenant above with a similar schedule (quiet after kids go to bed). Small pet considered on a case by case basis. Utilities and laundry shared 50/50. Street parking for no more than two cars. About 1500 sq ft. Separate entrance. No backyard but front yard is yours, however it is all terraced rock garden, no lawn.
