I am going on sabbatical next year and am looking for someone quiet, clean, and responsible to look after my beautiful sunny 1 brdm in South Granville. The apartment feels really spacious because of a long layout, has heritage details and massive windows, comes fully furnished, kitchen is fully stocked, bathroom with shower + tub, with some plants that will need watering :) Oven/stove is gas, Co2/gas alarms installed. Easy commute to UBC on the 33 or 99 bus – or, a quick drive. You can even bike it if you're willing to brave the hill! This is my home, and I love it here – so I'm looking for someone to take care of the space while I'm away. This includes keeping it clean, as these heritage homes require a little TLC. The building is quiet (no parties!) with laundry downstairs, and a great super who lives nearby and is very responsive. Located on a cherry blossom-lined street, walkeable/bikeable to kits beach, easy bus ride or drive to Pacific Spirit Park, multiple smaller parks nearby + restaurants, stores, etc along Granville St., and convenient access to major bus routes heading downtown, the west end, and mount pleasant Deposit and sublet contract required.
