Quiet, comfortable condo near SF Bay Trail

I'm a retired teacher looking for a responsible tenant to sublet for 1-2 months this summer. My condo is recently renovated, bright, quiet and in a safe location, just minutes from the SF Bay Trail for walking or cycling. One bedroom, cozy living room, dining area, completely stocked galley kitchen, laundry (washer & dryer), pool, gym and parking. 35 minutes to SF by ferry. Close to bus which will take you to BART for access to UC Berkeley, Oakland and other parts of the Bay Area. About an hour from Sonoma and Napa. Amtrack station in Richmond connects you to other parts of the state. Richmond is a small suburban community with deep historic roots. Visit the Rosie the Riveter WWII memorial, historic Pt. Richmond with shops and restaurants. Across from my condo are two bayside restaurants. You'll also find great places to eat in Richmond (taco trucks and Mexican restaurants), El Cerrito and Albany, and of course Berkeley. Relax on the patio. Sit by the pool. Work out in the gym. Walk on the bay trail. You'll feel like you're on vacation or on a retreat. There is zero noise as it sits in one of the quietest parts of Richmond. Looking for someone to rent for the full two months, but I will consider 1 month or part of the time between June 1 - July 31. Please note, the SF Bay Area can be COLD during the summer. You might get warm and sunny days, but it will most likely be cool in the morning, evening and at night. Thus, no need for air-conditioning. You might even need to turn the heat on from time to time.
