This apartment is a beautiful two-level space, with high ceilings and lots of natural light, located in a small walk-up building (there are only three other units, all lovely neighbors). It looks out over a park and playground, and is located on the same block as not one, but TWO donut stores. It's perfect for an academic or writer, or anyone looking to work from home in Philly for a few months. PLEASE NOTE, this is unfortunately not ADA-accessible, as there is a staircase to get to the apartment and another staircase in the apartment. I am hoping to leave late April and come back some time midsummer, but I am very open to adjusting my schedule depending on what suits you! Message me and we can figure something out. BEDROOMS: There is a master bedroom with a queen-sized memory foam mattress and capacious closets. The second bedroom operates as an office/art studio (I'm happy to remove the studio set up if you don't want it), and there is a very comfortable pull-out couch for guests. BATHROOM: One bathroom on the upper level, with a bathtub and filtering shower head. LIVING AREA: A spacious living area with a wine fridge, extensive home library, and record player. KITCHEN: Gas-top stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. I cook a lot, and it is a convenient space for it! OTHER: Washer/dryer in unit. There is an intercom/buzzer with video for the front door. Access to roof deck that is shared with the other residents of the building (usually free in my experience).
