The beach is a 30 minute walk or a 8 minute drive. The bus is only a few steps away and the L or the Metra is an 8 minute walk. Also Asian on Argyle is also very close and the food is amazing.

Comments: We are looking for a minimum stay of 2 months but can accommodate more from Sept 2024 to May 2025. We can start in September but if it is started then we would want the lease to go 3 months.
