This apartment was built in the 1990s on top of Madison, one of the first Art Deco Skyscrapers in Melbourne (1930s). It is one of only three modern units on level 12. The access is private through a door and stairs. It is one of the very few properties in Melbourne CBD that offers a genuine size balcony and two additional bedroom balconies. The location, its generous size and its cozy factor is what makes it stand out in the crowd of many other newly built apartments. But the reason we fell in love with it is its location. Right next to the W hotel and surrounded by Melbourne's iconic cafes and touristic sites it stands out as a quiet refuge in the midst of all the attractions. It is equipped with all the amenities one would expect for a longer stay. Our kitchen was designed by a chef and it comes with a small butlers pantry and of course with a proper dishwasher, washing machine and dryer as well as many useful kitchen tools for cooking and entertaining (all high quality). You will enjoy those balmy Melbourne nights sitting out with your friends overlooking the city while sipping on a glass of Shiraz. Our car park is accessible via one of the narrow laneways which makes it suitable to cars smaller than station wagons or large SUVs (Audi4, BMW3 series size is fine). The automatic garage leads securely to the residences via two doors. The building has recently undergone upgrades and renovations to windows, intercom, elevator and tiling in the lobby area. It is very well maintained and managed. The apartment itself is in mint condition as it has been continuously renovated and upgraded. We have made significant investments in 2023 and 2024 (including a new hot water system, mattresses and bathroom) and we are continuing to do so in line with guest requirements.
