indoor/outdoor cat, we just ask that you feed the provided food (wet and dry). senior cat, sleeps a lot, and wants to hang out in whatever room you’re in, uses the dog door to come and go. he is a great companion and easy!
I would like help with plants or garden
there are auto watering systems that will need to be periodically adjusted , a few indoor and outdoor plants to water, but it's no big deal if they don't make it
Comments: Happy to answer any questions, especially about the cat! Mail is in a locked community mailbox, would recommend not receiving mail by USPS for that reason, but feel free to have deliveries to the door

Comments: Winter, Spring and Fall are the best seasons to visit. If you're staying during the summer, the AC will be locked at 72 for efficiency, floor fans are included.
