We are two Spanish professors +kids who will be on sabbatical leave abroad, and are looking to rent our place out to a visiting scholar, health professional or researcher. Top of the line oak and walnut floors, built in cabinets and solid doors throughout, complete with glass doorknobs. French doors lead you into the formal dining area, all with ten foot ceilings and a stunning chandelier. Master bedroom has a Cal-king bed, 2nd bedroom has 3 single beds, and 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed. The owners have upgraded most windows, new hot water heater, roof, heater, automatic sun setter awning, plus mini-split airconditioning. Lots of natural light. Much prettier than the pictures (we are not professional photographers).
