Comments: Located in one of the most charming and vibrant areas of Philadelphia. Area is full of excellent restaurants, coffeeshops, and bars. The Kimmel Center is just down the street. There are three supermarkets under ten minutes walking distance and two convenience stores at either ends of the block. The Walnut-Locust Stop on the Broad Street Line is two blocks away and there is a stop on the #45 bus just at the corner.
