Our 3 BR house (2 BR on second floor, 1 in basement) is ideal for a family that doesn't mind living in close quarters (European city style!), or for a single person or couple. Our family of 5 is very comfortable there. In 2016 we completed an addition to this 1910 alley home that doubled the house's size. The main floor now consists of a living room and separate kitchen/dining area with wall-to-wall windows. The house is fully furnished, and also has a lot of our things in it, so is not a good fit for someone hoping to move with a lot of personal belongings. Perfect for someone looking to travel light! Our street is a dead-end, and only has 14 houses on it. Neighbors know each other, are friendly, and look out for each other. There is a park next door with play equipment for children (left/installed by neighbors). We are a 1-minute walk to the Rotunda and MOM's Organic Market, and a 3-minute walk to the Avenue in Hampden. From our house you should be able to take care of all of your quotidian errands by foot.

Comments: Our little rowhouse is on a small dead-end street with a little City park right next door. Our neighbors are kind and friendly, and we have the advantage of being 2 blocks from the hustle and bustle of Hampden restaurants/stores!
