Description
Welcome to our German speaking home! My son (15) and I live with our two cats in a quiet neighborhood that is close to bus access as well as parks and trails and the canal path. Bike to Georgetown or American University. We are renting two adjoining rooms, furnished, on the top floor. A cozy bedroom overlooks the back garden, while the adjoining living room has two windows and room for research and writing. The private bathroom is on the main floor and has a luxurious walk in shower. Full access to public areas of the house, including a light filled conservatory overlooking the garden. This is a perfect place for quiet research! We are a creative family and have lots of artwork on our walls. I work in a museum and my son enjoys blacksmithing. I love to cook and travel, and my private research focuses on parchment and late Medieval German history. We are in North Arlington. Close to Georgetown University, as well as American University. A quick and easy commute!
