Ocean front family home on BC's beautiful Sunshine Coast

We are a family of four and we will be going on an adventure around the world this coming school year. We're hoping to find a family who enjoys the outdoors and takes advantage of the easy access to nature. We spend our time appreciating the wildlife(whale-watching), the incredible sunsets and sweeping ocean views from our front porch. In spring, we hike, fish for crabs right in front of the house and sit around a beach fire to watch the sunsets. In summer we spend time in the water and on the beach...paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming and crabbing. In the winters, we spend quality time with our family in the cosy living room in front of our gas fireplace, make beautiful meals with friends hike to nearby waterfalls, and get involved in the creative and health-focused events offered in this quaint community. The four bedrooms include two king beds and two queen beds. The master bathroom has a bathtub and a large shower, the main floor bathroom has a shower and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. The lower level of the home has a laundry room, an office/home gym, and a large rec room with couches, a TV and a foosball table...perfect for entertaining. Our house doubles as a retreat since we benefit from the hot tub, electric cedar sauna, ocean plunges, and a modern 300 square-foot studio guesthouse on the property.
