My wife and I have owned the property since new, 2010. We have very recently renovated the property: freshly painted, new carpet, etc. This is a loft condo, meaning that the master bedroom is up a flight of stairs. From the loft master bedroom one can look down on the living space below (kitchen and living room). The ceilings are 18 feet high (with roller blinds of course). There is a large balcony overlooking an atrium; i.e. the condo is is not street-facing. Also, a very large roof garden with a view of Victoria harbour. Travel times to University of Victoria: Car: 13 minutes Bus: 25 minutes Bike: 26 minutes Will rent under the terms of the BC Residential Tenancy Branch requirements.
