I am a writer who will be traveling with my partner for language study for the winter/spring. We are looking for a tidy individual or couple to rent our home while we are away. We love our apartment/neighborhood and want to find someone who will take good care of it and enjoy it. Surrounded by two schools and quiet, charming streets - Fully furnished with queen bed in one room and futon bed w/ mattress topper in the second office-bedroom, two desks, TV, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer - Two floors allow for space and privacy, great for working from home - Backyard with deck, outdoor furniture, and garden - Central heating and AC - Rent: $3,100 including all utilities, internet and TV
