Description
I'm an academic who will be away on sabbatical next semester (winter/spring 2024) but actually leaving Montreal the end of November 2023. The building is quiet. Building owner lives upstairs, very helpful but can also be easily upset by excessive noise. Building is from 1908 so care must be taken to avoid damage to property. Ideally looking for a single responsible academic but couples acceptable, along with one child over 8.
