Description HI! We are Nick and Randi and excited to share our Evanston Home with you! We plan to head out west for a couple of months, where all three of our kids are attending college in the same town! This lovely home, filled with natural light, is ready for occupancy on March 1st. It is conveniently located near several Evanston destinations, such as the Lakefront, Northwestern University, Downtown Evanston, Central Street Business District, Canal Shores Golf Course, Evanston Hospital, Lincolnwood Elementary School, Lighthouse Beach, Metra & El.We are looking for a great tenant to enjoy our home while we are gone. Our home has a cozy, laid-back vibe in a great neighborhood. The home is dog friendly in a very dog-friendly neighborhood with great walks and parks nearby. This is the perfect place to call home while visiting the Evanston area for an extended period of time.
