A friend recently said "its kind of like the Amalfi Coast of California". The best of both worlds, minutes from San Francisco but surrounded by nature. Lots of birds and deer in the neighborhood, hiking trails and beaches, historic Victorian homes, great restaurants, live music venues, gourmet grocery stores, all within just a few minutes walk. SF Ferry terminal is a 5 minute walk. SF is a 25 minute ferry ride, 20 minute drive over the Golden Gate Bridge, or about an hour bike ride away. The unit is the lower floor of our renovated 100 year old hillside home. Separate entrances with a combo deadbolt that you can set the code for. Utilities can be included in rent or you can put in your name and pay directly. Right now the unit has access to 1G wi-fi and cable, and of course water, gas, electric and garbage. Two large bedrooms with large closets. Both bedrooms have queen beds plus one has a twin trundle pullout. One refurbished bathroom with one sink and a tub shower combo. Laundry room with storage. The compact kitchen has all new appliances (fridge, DW, range) new cabinets and stone countertops. Main living area has a large seating area, 75" TV, dining area plus two barstools and extra storage. There is a good sized deck with outside seating and a amazing view of the marina, SF, Alcatraz, Angle Island, and the Bay Bridge.
