Private entrance from patio via sliding glass door or through the house. The kitchen is small but adequate. Nice size LR/DR with views of garden. I am a retired Nurse Practitioner who leads an active lifestyle. I am quiet, neat and respectful. I would like to find an academic tenant who is also quiet, active and engaged in their work.
