Beautiful craftsman style house that was fully remodeled in 2019. Lovely blend of classic and modern, with a spacious kitchen, space to both work and play. Great for families (we have 3 kids), including a good sized back yard with grass and a patio with built in bbq. We're looking for a great family that will make our house their home. We have wonderful neighbors and are lucky to live on an amazing block -- Lawton Ave. We did a sublease two summers ago for six weeks and now we'd like to do one again as we spend the school year in Mexico City. Upstairs, the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with an office nook. We have a master bedroom and bath, one bedroom where all 3 of our kids sleep, and one bedroom that we use as an office and guest bedroom, along with an additional bathroom. Downstairs we have an open layout, with family room, dining room, full bathroom, and a large open kitchen with island that opens right to the backyard. There is a bedroom and office as well, that are currently used as play/study rooms for the kids, but could be adjusted.
