Description
I'm looking to spend November in New York, in a safe, interesting neighborhood in Manhattan or Brooklyn. While it will just be myself, I will have East Coast family visit overnight. I'm hoping for a bedroom and office/workspace plus extra bed. I would also consider a trade in Dublin or London with the same needs. Walkable to shops and transport. Proximity to swim spots (or easy transport to) would be a plus.
