We are nestled among beautiful mansions, embassies and presidential dwellings. The home is renovated and has 1000 square feet of indoor living space, featuring high ceilings, tall windows and original French doors. Enhancing those quarters are two balconies: just off the kitchen for dining alfresco, and next to the bedroom for morning coffee and quiet conversation outdoors. Comfortable contemporary and antique furnishings are accented by eclectic décor. You’ll find the kitchen well-stocked for your cooking needs. The spiral staircase leads to a master retreat that is tucked away from the rest of the home. The bedroom is nicely sized and comfortably appointed. Complementing that space is a full bathroom, sunroom alcove and a Juliette balcony. Steps from our door you will find a corner market and a dry cleaner.
