Heron Cove House is a 3400 SF two-story home with sweeping views of Ewin Narrows in Harpswell. Sit on the large deck basking in the beauty, drinking your morning coffee and watching the wild birds or the Great Blue Heron fish in the waters at low tide. This quiet home sits on one acre with no neighbors in sight. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a first floor bedroom/office and 3/4 bath. The entire first floor of the home is open from end-to-end with big windows to allow for a view from everywhere. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, including the primary suite, and another full bathroom which also houses the laundry. There is a two car garage for use by the tenants. All utilities are included in the rent, including snow removal and lawn care. A propane generator guarantees you’ll have power even during Maine’s potentially stormy weather. Walk out the door and you’ll find wooded trails to explore, or hop in the car for a few minutes and find many, many more. Brunswick is a quick 12-15 minute drive away. Come and see for yourself!
