Hello - Bonjour ! We are a small family of two - one academic mum (lecturer in communication and sociology) and a 9 year old (with me every second week). We speak French and English. We spend the weekend mostly outside and we go to bed early. Our apartment has a warm feel and our neighbourhood is brilliant : nautical activities and bike path across the street (cross country ski during winter) + amazing coffee and ice cream few steps away TRANSPORT : 4 min walk to the bus stop - Downtown Montréal in 20 min) SPECIFICS : Bedroom #1 (Rented until April 2024) has a very comfy queen bed, a wood cabinet with 5 drawers, a night table, a closet, wood floor (available weekly 350 $ or monthly price negotiable). Bedroom # 2 has a very comfy queen bed, a night table, a clothes rack, wood floor (available every second week – Friday to Friday. Please check with me for the dates :) Booking minimum : one night 60$ - weekly 350 $ POSSIBILITY OF OFFICE CORNER : I do not use my tv room, I could arrange an office corner in it (if needed) for weekdays. BATHROOM : We have to share the bathroom. BIKE : I have an extra bike that I could lend you. CAT : A lovely and clean cat lives on the premises. NEIGHBOURS : Calm and family oriented. NOTE : I would be interested for a two weeks EXCHANGE in summer 2024 (Japan, France, Spain, Italy, Australia possibly others countries)
