Sunny elegant top floor flat in safe, family friendly SF neighborhood

My home is a Noe Valley top floor view flat with high ceilings and many Victorian features. Master bedroom with attached sitting room, formal dining room with table that opens to seat 12, living room, 2nd bedroom, 1 modern bath with heated floor. Very large modern kitchen with 2 ovens, microwave, stovetop BBQ grill, skylight, hillside views, and balcony. Master bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a top-of-the-line sofa sleeper with a very comfortable queen size tempurpedic mattress. Washer/dryer in the flat and shared garden. Close to excellent public transportation and one block from shopping and farmers market. (No smoking or pets permitted. I am allergic to cats.) . The flat is not "baby proofed.". For visitors who enjoy the outdoors, the are wonderful neighborhood walks, ocean and bayside walks and excellent hiking just across the Golden Gate bridge within a 30 minute drive. Yoga props and a bicycle available for your use. I am new to this site but a very experienced home exchanger and you can read reviews in the link included below Noe Valley is a safe, family friendly neighborhood with excellent transportation, close to downtown, wonderful shops, restaurants, and parks. We have a Saturday morning farmer's market, "parklets" to sit and enjoy a coffee, and are walking distance from the Mission district with street murals, local theatre and many shops and restaurants. It is also walking distance from the Castro district. With a quick bus, train or car ride, you can be at the waterfront, SFJazz, the symphony, opera, ballet and major museums, and hikes at the edge of the Pacific Ocean or across the Golden Gate Bridge. Close to Silicon Valley and many universities, including UC Berkeley and Stanford. For more about the neighborhood, see the link listed below. You do not need a care to get around San Francisco from my home. If you have a car, you usually should be able to park in front of the house blocking my driveway.
