Room for sublet in 3 person shared apartment in Berkeley

Hi, I am a British postdoc working at UC Berkeley and I am going to work in Europe for 3 months. I am looking for a subletter for my room in the house I share with two friends. (It's a great place to live, hence why I'm looking for a subletter rather than moving out!) The room is spacious and clean. We have 2 bathrooms, one with a shower/bath and toilet (this one is right next to the room) and the other with toilet and sink. My housemates mostly use the second bathroom, so the one next to the room is almost always available. The kitchen facilities are always kept clean and tidy. It's great having a dishwasher to help with this. We also have a bright and spacious living room with a TV. We have a lovely outdoor space that it great for sitting out and having breakfast. We have a washer/dryer on site that can be used at any time for $2 per wash and $2 per dry. We have a very friendly and relaxed cat named Regis who belongs to my housemate. I walk to work on campus daily which takes about 30 minutes, but you could easily cycle or take the bus too.
