Description
We’re looking for visiting scholars to UCSC or Cabrillo, to enjoy our beautiful “tiny house” for a few weeks or a few months— or an academic quarter. The location is ideal for a visitor with little baggage who wants an instantly clean and comfortable place to live, cook, relax, study, and explore the outdoors. Perfect for one. You are welcome to host an occasional overnight visitor. Our accommodations are a remodeled vintage Shasta trailer, with a private patio, outdoor Japanese-style bathroom/bidet/shower, and private laundry. Grill, outdoor fire. We are retired professors and enjoy offering you our local knowledge and hospitality.

Comments: Interior = 112 sq ft, Bathroom = 27 sq ft, Patio = 60 sq ft, Laundry = 54 sq ft, Total = 253 sq ft. A couple might enjoy our spot for a few weeks— it’s best for one person for any longer.
