Our two-bedroom apartment is inside a historical townhouse half a block away from Central Park. All the rooms in the apartment have multiple windows and unblocked natural light/view. Washer and dryer inside the apartment. We have friendly and reliable neighbors. Our street is quiet and safe. We are looking for a responsible family or individual to take over the lease from around June 6-August 17 in 2024. Dates are flexible but we will not consider a lease under two months.
