Description
history professor and public interest lawyer with very friendly cat, Mauvaki. 3 floors, living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath on first floor; master bedroom, two bathrooms and an office on the second floor; and another bedroom, bathroom and TV room on the third floor, plus a deck. Guest quarters for you to stay in are on the third floor (bedroom, TV room and deck). You also have the use of the whole first floor, including a deck and garden off the kitchen. Three working fireplaces, central air and broadband WiFi. We are on a quiet, friendly street with many restaurants, cafes and shops literally around the corner, and within easy walking distance of lively, interested neighborhoods like Adams Morgan, Shaw, U Street, and Logan circle. There are parks in walking distance, city bike rentals, and museums. Two metro stations (red, yellow and green lines) are within a less than 10 minute walk.
