Two-Bedroom apartment in Koreatown with parking!

We are two USC PhD students, and we are renting our apartment from June 5th through August 15. The apartment is super conveniently located within a residential area. It's just one block away from Vermont Avenue so you´ll be close to a great variety of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, public transportation, postal services, etc.) Ktown has amazing food, period. So having great restaurants at a walkable distance in a huge city like LA is definitely a plus for us. You'll have easy transportation access to wherever you want in LA (Wilshire-Vermont station is a 5 min walk) and running errands is pretty smooth. We also have two parking spots! This apartment is perfectly equipped with heating and air conditioner. The latter is crucial for the high temperatures during the summer. It has a gym and beautiful pool area (with a relaxing hot tub) surrounded by trees, comfortable chairs and tables so you can enjoy tranquil writing and an outdoor bbq any day. Washer and dryer are inside the apartment too so you don't have to do your laundry elsewhere. The apartment is very luminous, receiving plenty of sunlight during the day.
